We’ll start with an in-depth consultation to understand your goals, dietary requirements, likes and dislikes.

You’ll complete a food diary - this is nothing to be afraid of, it just shows us the here and now, something we all need to know so we can take the next step in the right direction.

Following our consultation and your food diary insights, I’ll create you a personalised nutrition plan that supports you to reach your goals and enhance your wellbeing.

We’ll touch base at the end of the week to see how you are feeling.
